Materials:
Tape
Scissors
Glue
Fun foam
Hole punch
Plant stakes Cut triangles from fun foam to form the flags for the holes. Cut fun shapes out of the foam and glue to the triangles (figure A). To mount the flags, punch two holes at the wide end of the flag. Fit the plant stakes through the bottom front holes and bring them up and out of the backs of the top holes (figure B) and glue them for extra support. Fit the flags down into a hole cut into the plastic cup "hole" and into the ground.
