    Materials:

Two 8 foot pieces of PVC pipe spray painted black
One 10 foot piece of PVC pipe spray painted black
2 PVC elbow joints spray painted black
2 plastic flower containers that look like terra cotta pots
Two 25 lb. bags of play sand

    1. Place the 10 foot top pipe in the sleeve and then attach the elbow joint (figure A) for the vertical piece on both sides of the banner.

    2. Slice and attach the 8 foot vertical pipes to the top elbow joints and your corners will work perfectly. Attach the connectors (figure B).

    3. Decide where you want to place the banner.

    4. Place a little sand in the bottoms of the plastic terra cotta pots, place the poles in the center and then fill it with sand to the top of the pot (figure C).

    5. Wet the sand down because the water will help the sand settle and keep the poles straight.

    6. Get on a ladder to attach the top portion to the banner. For extra stability, use a tie down with a ratchet bracket to attach the banner to the table.
