Ingredients: 1/4 lb. (1 stick) butter, softened to room temperature 1 tsp., or to taste, ancho chili powder 1 tsp. saltSteps:
- Blend ingredients well, taking care not to overblend, or the butter will separate.
- Scrape into a ramekin, cover with plastic wrap (letting the plastic wrap touch the surface of the butter) until ready to serve.
- Before serving, bring to room temperature.
Yield: About 2/3 cup.
