First find the perfect pumpkin. Cut off the top and use a spoon to scoop out seeds and pulp. Rinse seeds to remove pulp; dry on paper towels. When seeds are dry, spread a single layer on parchment paper on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with a little butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. When they start to brown, they're ready. Eat them like sunflower seeds or with a granola mix. We at DIY believe all of the recipes from All in Good Taste are accurate and reliable, but since we have not tested them personally, we can claim no responsibility if the desired results are not achieved.
