Ingredients:
3 heads garlic 2 Tbs. olive oil Pinch salt Pinch pepper
Preparation:
Cut off tops of garlic and place on individual pieces of foil. Drizzle oil on top; add salt and pepper to taste. Wrap foil tightly around garlic heads. Place on hot coals or barbecue and cook for 30 minutes.
