 Suzanne's Yummy Pasta Salad

Recipe courtesy Suzanne Eyring, Maple Valley, WA. Ingredients: 1 pkg. tricolored pasta (rotini, penne, etc.) 3/4 cucumber, peeled, sliced and halved 3/4 broccoli, cut into bite-size pieces 1 medium tomato, diced (can substitute red peppers) 1 small red onion, diced Crumbled feta cheese to taste Your favorite Italian dressing to taste Preparation: Prepare pasta as directed on back of package; drain and rinse thoroughly. Place cooked and drained pasta in a large bowl; add cucumber, broccoli, tomato, red onion and crumbled feta cheese to taste. Toss gently. Add your favorite Italian dressing and toss to mix thoroughly. Serve family-style in the bowl.
