Ingredients: 1-1/2 lbs. redskin potatoes, boiled 3 Tbs. butter, melted Salt and pepper to taste Parsley and chives for garnish Preparation: Boil the potatoes for approximately 15 minutes. Let the potatoes cool a little bit and then cut each potato in half. Melt the butter and then add the potatoes and toss them so that the potatoes are covered with butter. Add salt and pepper to taste. When potatoes have browned a little, place in a bowl and garnish with parsley and chives.
