    Roasted Vegetables

    Ingredients:

    Assorted vegetables of your choice, cut in 1-inch chunks
    Olive oil
    Balsamic vinegar
    Salt
    Rosemary

    Preparation:

    Coat vegetables with small amount of oil and balsamic vinegar. Add salt and rosemary to taste. Cook 50 minutes in a 450-degree oven.
