The key to a good Reuben is to start with good corned beef. The corned beef needs to be lean and sliced thin. It is best to put your cheese on your bread first and then your Thousand Island dressing or Russian dressing. Place the corned beef in the microwave and microwave until steamy and then place it on your bread. Add sauerkraut and you are ready to grill.
