 Don't even think about letting that leftover turkey go to waste! Chris Kimball shares his delicious turkey sandwich recipe.

Ingredients: Sliced bread (a rye bread was used on-air) Mayonnaise Thick turkey slices Cranberry sauce Stuffing Lettuce Pinch of salt and pepper Preparation: - Spread mayonnaise onto two slices of bread. Place a few thick slices of turkey on the bread. Add a little cranberry sauce, then the stuffing. Top with lettuce, add a little salt and pepper and place the other slice of bread on top.
