Ingredients: One 8 oz. package elbow macaroni, cooked according to package directions and drained 1 cup each red and green seedless grapes 1 medium cucumber, peeled and cubed 1 cup sweet relish pickles, cubed 5 hard boiled eggs, chopped 1 cup pecans, chopped 1 cup scallions, chopped 2 Tbs. mayonnaise 4 cups cooked smoked turkey, cubed Salt and pepper to taste Preparation: Place macaroni in a large salad bowl. Add all above ingredients to the macaroni. Mix until well blended. Serve with crackers and fresh fruit.
