Ingredients: 1 frozen pie shell One 8-ounce brie wheel Preparation: Partially thaw the frozen pastry shell. Place the pastry on a baking sheet. Place the brie wheel in the center of the pastry. Fold the four corners of the pastry over the brie; bake according to package directions. Remove from the oven and serve with grapes, sliced apples, and maybe a flavored mustard.
