    Ingredients:

    1 quart new red potatoes
    3 Tbs. olive oil
    8 garlic cloves, whole and peeled
    1 bunch fresh sage
    Salt to taste
    Optional: rosemary to taste

    Preparation:

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

    Combine potatoes, olive oil, garlic and sage, and place into a baking dish. Add salt to taste. Add rosemary (optional). Bake at 400 degrees for one hour, or until potatoes are just cooked.

    Yield: 4 servings
