    Basic Glazed Ham

    1 partially cooked, bone-in ham (8-10 pounds)
    1 cup honey
    1 cup sugar
    1 cup brown sugar
    1 tsp. ground cloves
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 12-oz. can cola
1 cup orange juice or pineapple juice

    Steps:

    1. Combine sugars and spices; mix well.
    2. Using a sharp knife, score the surface of the ham by cutting diagonal lines 1/2-inch deep and 1" apart to form a diamond pattern.
    3. Pour cola and juice over ham.
    4. Cover and place in a 350-degree oven for 35-45 minutes.
    5. Remove from oven and brush with honey.
    6. Pat sugar-spice mixture over entire ham.
    7. Return to 350-degree oven and bake for an additional 30-35 minutes.
    8. Remove from oven and let set 20 minutes before serving.
