Ingredients: 1 cabbage 2 lbs. red new potatoes 1 lb. carrots 2 medium onions 1-1/2 to 2 lbs. kielbasa sausage Salt and pepper to taste 1-1/2 cups water Preparation: Quarter the cabbage head and spread it around on the bottom of a large pot. Add the potatoes (cut them in half if they are a little large). Cut the carrots into 2-inch size pieces and add on top of the potatoes and then add the onions on top of that. Add the 1-1/2 to 2 pounds of bite-size pieces of the kielbasa sausage. Add the salt, pepper and water. In approximately 20 minutes check to see if the vegetables are done. Once the vegetables are done, it is ready to serve.
