Starting with a 10" section of Cuban, French or Italian bread, spread mustard on one side and butter on the other. Layer with several slices Swiss cheese, roast pork and country-style ham and top with lots of dill pickle slices. Butter a heavy skillet and place the parts of the sandwich, face up, in the skillet. Cover with a piece of buttered waxed paper and lightly toast over low heat, pressing down with a heavy pan. When the filling is heated and the bread is toasted, the sandwich is ready to slice and eat. We at DIY believe all of the recipes from All in Good Taste are accurate and reliable, but since we have not tested them personally, we can claim no responsibility if the desired results are not achieved.
