  • Beef and Pork Tenderloins / Bison Strips
    From "Fire Up the Grill"
    episode DFUG-104

In this final segment, host April Adams and chef Scott Serpas finish grilling the last of the tasty meats they've prepared. Since the ribs are nearly done, they're placed on the grill's top rack to finish cooking, while the bison strips, pork tenderloin and beef tenderloin filets are given center stage to cook. Soon everything is grilled to perfection ... and April and Scott wrap up their session with a mouth-watering taste test of their work!

Tips on BBQ Sauces, Pork and Bison

    • Kick up store-bought barbecue sauces at home by adding some of your favorite flavors. For instance, try adding Worcestershire sauce, beer, mustard, vinegar, or brown sugar, varying the choices (and amounts) to make the sauce as sweet, tangy or savory as you like.

    • Pork and bison are much leaner than beef, so they'll generally cook much faster on the grill.
