    • When grilling several different foods at the same time, always start with the item that will take the longest to cook so that everything comes off at the same time!

    • Grilled portabella mushroom caps make a great alternative to traditional burgers, but remember to grill on the backside first so that the flesh becomes more firm and the mushroom holds together on the bun!

    • Asparagus spears are best on the grill with just a bit of olive oil and salt and pepper.

    • Portabella "burger" toppings are also great on the grill. Before assembling the burger, simply grill up some tomato slices and onions and then place on the bun!
