Food Network Kitchens Berry Smoothie Want to make some cool smoothies bursting with the flavors of berries? Just put your favorite berries such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries in a plastic bag or container and place them in the freezer until frozen. Then add to your favorite smoothie recipe. The frozen berries will keep your smoothie cold and add just the right amount of water. Sip and enjoy. Buying Live Lobster When buying live lobster, look for 3 things: color, activity, and shells. Lobsters should be a greenish brown or black (some can also be blue, yellow or red) in color with a shiny shell. They should also move around, curl their tails underneath and be able to hold their claws up. Avoid lobsters whose claws hang limply and whose shells have holes or large black marks.
