    Ingredients:

    Oranges
    Lemons
    Limes
    Masking or freezer tape
    Distilled or boiled water

    Preparation:

Slice oranges, lemons and limes into 1/8" to 1/4" thickness and arrange around the sides of a bowl. Once design is formed, place a smaller bowl inside the larger bowl to hold the slices in place. (Use a wooden skewer to push the slices down in place.) Use masking tape or freezer tape to hold the bowls together (figure A).

Pour water between the two bowls; fill almost to rim. Freeze for a couple of hours, until frozen solid. Remove the glass bowls and you have a lovely citrus bowl -- just fill with fresh chilled fruits of your choice -- fruits should be cold so the ice bowl will last longer.

We at DIY believe all of the recipes from All in Good Taste are accurate and reliable, but since we have not tested them personally, we can claim no responsibility if the desired results are not achieved.
