    Broiled Tropical Fruits

    Ingredients:

    1 mango, peeled and chopped
    4 kiwis, peeled and chopped
4 red bananas, peeled and cut into 1/2" pieces
    1/2 pint raspberries
    1 cup sour cream
4 Tbs. light brown sugar, firmly packed
    1 Tbs. orange liqueur

    Preparation:

Layer peeled and chopped mango, kiwis and red bananas into a 10" tart pan and sprinkle raspberries on top.

Whisk together sour cream, light brown sugar and orange liqueur in a bowl until it is very smooth. Spread over the fruit in the tart pan and sprinkle with additional brown sugar. Place under the broiler just long enough to melt and caramelize -- approximately 2 to 3 minutes maximum -- you don't want to cook the fruit, just warm it through.

We at DIY believe all of the recipes from All in Good Taste are accurate and reliable, but since we have not tested them personally, we can claim no responsibility if the desired results are not achieved.
