 Marinated Pomegranate Seeds

Ingredients: Seeds from 3 large pomegranates Juice of 1 lemon 1/3 cup sugar 1/4 cup orange liqueur Preparation: Remove seeds by scoring leathery skin of pomegranate with a knife, but do not cut through to the flesh. Break into sections and remove seeds with fingers. Combine ingredients, mixing well to dissolve sugar, and chill in refrigerator for about an hour. Drizzle over ice cream or yogurt.
