Select an assortment of grapes in all colors; slice in half. Cut the top off a 2-liter plastic soda bottle; center a wine bottle inside. Fill the sides with grapes, using a spatula (figure A) to push them down to the bottom. Top with 4 to 6 fresh grape or ivy leaves and then fill with distilled water (figure B) to about 1/2" from the top. Tape the wine bottle down and freeze overnight. You will be ready the next day to set up your wine cooler.

Remove the tape and the plastic bottle. Add fresh ivy to a grapevine wreath (simply insert and form the vine around the wreath). Place a terra-cotta saucer in the center and wind fresh grapevines around the wreath (figure C). Set the frozen wine cooler in the middle of the saucer.
