    Strawberry-Banana Soup

    Ingredients:

    2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
    1 banana, thinly sliced
    1/4 cup sugar, divided
    1 cup plain yogurt or sour cream
    1 cup heavy or whipping cream
    3/4 cup 2-percent milk
    1/4 cup white wine

    Preparation:

    Combine strawberries, bananas and 2 tablespoons sugar. Blend well and set aside. Combine sour cream and remaining sugar; add whipping cream, milk and wine. Whisk until well blended. Fold in strawberries and bananas. Chill 2 hours. Garnish with a strawberry fan and fresh mint.

    Yield: 2 servings
