Chef Peter Kelly rejoins host Jeanne Benedict to plate and serve his cedar-planked salmon with arugula and roasted garlic crust. - After removing the finished salmon fillets (figure A) from the oven, Kelly sets them aside for a few minutes while he finishes the orzo and prepares the plates.
- To complete the the orzo and broccoli rabe mixture, Kelly stirs red and yellow pear tomatoes, along with fresh-chopped chives, into the pan (figure B).
- Next, Kelly spoons a generous portion of the orzo mixture onto each plate to serve as a tasty and colorful bed for the succulent salmon fillets.
- And the final step: Centering a finished fillet on each bed (figure C) and serving up a picture-perfect, mouth-watering meal!
