    Spaetzle Cheese Casserole

    Ingredients:

    2 Tbs. melted butter
    3 cups spaetzle
    1/4 lb. cheese of choice
    Chopped chives or parsley for garnish

    Preparation:

    Mix 3 cups spaetzle and 2 tablespoons melted butter. In a casserole dish, add layer of spaetzle. Top with cheese. Add another layer of spaetzle and top again with cheese. Garnish with chopped chives or parsley. Bake in a preheated 375-degree oven for 10-15 minutes, until cheese melts.
