    Marinated Red Snapper

    Ingredients:

3-4 cloves garlic, crushed and diced
    1 tsp. ginger, julienned
    3 oz. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. black and white sesame seeds
    1 oz. sour mash whiskey
    3 oz. cola
    Two 8-oz. red snapper fillets
    1/2 tsp. olive oil

    Preparation:

Place garlic in baking dish and stir in ginger, soy sauce, sesame seeds, sour mash whiskey and cola.

Add the red snapper fillets, making sure the marinade covers them, and marinate at room temperature for 20 minutes. Pour olive oil in a hot skillet and gently place the fish in the oil. Cook for 4 to 6 minutes on each side. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Pour the remainder of the marinade over the fish.
