Ingredients: 10 flour or corn tortillas 1 pound lean ground beef 1 package burrito seasoning 1/4 cup water 1/2 cup picante sauce 1 can refried beans 1-1/2 cups shredded cheese Preparation: Brown the ground beef in a skillet and then add the dry seasoning and 1/4 cup water. When it is nice and brown, set it aside. Mix the picante sauce and refried beans together and set it aside. To layer this lasagna, start with the meat mixture first. Layer it in a 13 by 9 glass baking dish. Then add 2 tortillas. Add another layer of meat mixture and then 2 more tortillas, Add the bean mixture and then another layer of 2 tortillas. Add another layer of 2 tortillas, then add 1/2 of the cheese. Add 2 more tortillas and the remainder of the meat and cheese. Place in a 350-degree oven and bake for 15 minutes. Serve the lasagna in a bowl and have toppings available for your guests so they can put their favorite topping on the lasagna.
