Ingredients: 1 can of tuna 1 tsp. red onions, finely chopped 1 tsp. carrots, finely chopped 1 tsp. celery, finely chopped 1/2 tsp. oregano 1/2 tsp. rosemary Salt and pepper to taste Loaf of country bread 1 tsp. garlic paste 1/2 cup grated manchego (or goat or Parmesan) cheese Preparation: Drain tuna and combine with red onions, carrots and celery. Add oregano and rosemary. Add salt and pepper to taste. Slice bread on an angle and spread several slices with garlic paste. Top with tuna mixture and cheese.
