    Christine's Tomato Salsa and Peach and Red Onion Salsa

    Ingredients:

    3 chopped tomatoes
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup chopped celery
    1/4 cup chopped green pepper
    1 small can chopped green chilies
    2 Tbs. red wine vinegar
    2 Tbs. fresh parsley
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
    Pinch of salt

    Preparation:

    Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl for at least 24 hours before serving. Serve with fresh tortilla chips.

    Servings: 12
