Recipe courtesy Jason Kosenski, Tacoma, WA.

    Ingredients:

    1 cup heavy cream
    1 Tbs. butter
    1/2 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
    2 Tbs. minced garlic
    1 tsp. dried basil
    1 tsp. dried thyme
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    1/2 cup crushed walnuts
    3/4 cup crumbled smoked salmon
8 oz. pre-cooked cheese tortellini (precooked is best -- if you use dry, cook according to pkg. directions)
    Shredded Parmesan cheese for garnish

    Preparation:

In a large saute pan, combine 1 cup heavy cream and 1 tablespoon butter. Bring to a light boil. Add 1/2 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese, 2 tablespoons minced garlic, 1 teaspoon dried basil, 1 teaspoon dried thyme, 1 teaspoon dried oregano. Add 1/2 cup crushed walnuts and 3/4 cup crumbled smoked salmon. Continue to reduce for 2 to 4 minutes then add 8 ounces cooked cheese tortellini. Saute until pasta is hot. Garnish with shredded Parmesan cheese and serve hot.
