 Bay Wolf BBQ Potato Chips, Bruschetta Steak Sandwiches, Diana's Devil Dish, Steak Marinade, Tomato-Olive Salsa

Preparation: 1-1/2 cup seeded and diced vine-ripened tomatoes 3 Tbs. pitted and chopped kalamata olives 2 Tbs. chopped fresh basil 1 Tbs. finely chopped red onion (optional) 1 Tbs. extra virgin olive oil 2 tsp. red wine or balsamic vinegar Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste Preparation: Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl. Mix them gently and serve at once. Chef's Note: This tangy salsa is wonderful with steak, grilled chops or veal chops.
