 Brazil Nut Coating for Pork Chops

Recipe courtesy Chef Jessica Harris. Ingredients: 4 Brazil nuts 2 tsp. lemon pepper 2 Tbs. coarse-ground corn meal 1 Tbs. cassava meal Preparation: Place Brazil nuts in a mini-processor and grind, being sure not to overgrind them. Place in large plastic bag and add remaining ingredients. Shake well until blended. One at a time, add a chop to the bag and shake until it's well coated.
