Ingredients: 2 cups fresh basil leaves 3-4 garlic cloves, peeled Salt to taste 1/2 cup olive oil 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese 2 Tbs. pine nuts Preparation: Combine basil leaves, garlic cloves and salt to taste in a food processor; chop. Add olive oil; process until smooth. Freeze in an airtight container. When ready to use, thaw and process with 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese and 2 tablespoons pine nuts.
