 Greek or Mediterranean Butter

Greek or Mediterranean butter is made with fresh herbs and olive oil. You can use fresh oregano, parsley, thyme, sage, and marjoram. Just chop and up the fresh herbs and add a little chopped up cayenne pepper, garlic and a few grinds of peppercorn. Just mix 3 to 4 tablespoons in a bottle and add approximately 1/2 cup olive oil. This is great to pour a little on your plate and dunk your bread into it.
