Ingredients: 5-6 cloves garlic, minced 1-1/2 cups dry red wine One 6 oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed 2 Tbs. fresh or dried rosemary 2 tsp. ground mustard 1 tsp. black pepper Salt to taste Preparation: Combine chopped garlic, wine and frozen orange juice concentrate. Add rosemary, mustard, black pepper and salt to taste and whisk until blended. Pour marinade over steak in a glass baking dish, cover with plastic and place in the refrigerator.
