    Seasoned Rubs

    Ingredients for Cajun Rub:

    1 Tbs. paprika
    3/4 tsp. seasoned salt
    1-1/2 tsp. rubbed sage
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. black pepper

    Preparation:

    Blend ingredients well and rub on favorite fowl before cooking.

    Ingredients for Fajita Rub:

    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. onion powder
    2 tsp. ground cumin
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. fresh ground pepper
    Lime juice

    Preparation:

    Squeeze lime juice over your chicken breasts and completely coat it and let it marinate for about 20 minutes. Blend dry ingredients well and rub on favorite fowl before cooking. This is enough rub for 6 to 8 chicken breasts.

    Ingredients for Poultry Dry Rub:

    2 Tbs. salt
    1 Tbs. black pepper
    1 Tbs. white pepper
    1 Tbs. sugar
    1/4 Tbs. celery salt
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. sage

    Preparation:

    Blend ingredients well and rub on favorite fowl before cooking.
