Ingredients: 1/2 stick butter 1 cup sugar Four 1-oz. squares unsweetened chocolate 1 cup heavy whipping cream 1/2 tsp. vanilla Preparation: Melt butter in a medium saucepan over low heat; add sugar and stir until melted. Add chocolate and stir constantly until melted. Add whipping cream and whisk until sauce almost boils. Remove from heat and add vanilla. This can be stored in covered container in refrigerator for one week. To reheat, return to pan and whisk over low heat until sauce is hot but not boiling, or use a double boiler.
