Ingredients: 1 egg 1 tsp. ground mustard 1/3 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper (or Piri Piri Sauce) 1/4 cup olive oil 3 cloves garlic, sliced 3 Tbs. lemon juice 1 cup olive oil Preparation: Combine egg, mustard, salt, cayenne pepper and 1/4 cup olive oil in blender. Mix briefly; add garlic and lemon juice and blend again. While blender is still running, slowly pour in 1 cup of olive oil and stir until all is combined. Mayonnaise can be made a day in advance and should be served chilled. You can store this in a glass container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
