Ingredients: 2 cups wild blueberries 1/2 cup water 1/4 cup sugar 1 tsp. lemon juice 2 tsp. cornstarch Preparation: In small saucepan combine half of the blueberries and half of the water, the sugar and lemon juice. Mix cornstarch with remaining water until smooth. Once the blueberries come to a boil, stir in the cornstarch and water mixture. Let this thicken and then add the remaining blueberries. Reduce the heat and simmer 7 to 10 minutes. This can be used over Blueberry Crisp or over meats. It has a tangy sweetness that complements a number of foods.
