Ingredients:
1 Tbs. Dijon mustard 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar 1 cup olive oil 1 tsp. salt freshly ground pepper to taste
Preparation:
Mix Dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar and salt in a bowl. Pour vinegar in a slow and steady stream, while beating it rapidly with a wire whisk.
