2 tsp. chili powder 1/2 tsp. salt Cayenne pepper to taste 1 tsp. black pepper 1 serving meat or fish
Preparation:
Combine first four ingredients in a small bowl. Coat fish, chicken or meat with spice mix. Bake or saute, depending on the type of fillet or meat and its thickness.
