    Ingredients for Pizza Bar:

    Baked cheese pizzas
    Pizza sauce
    Mozzarella and Monterey Jack cheeses, shredded
    Sun-dried tomatoes
    Barbecued chicken pieces
    Gourmet sausage
    Roasted red peppers
    Sliced olives
    Mushrooms
    Pineapple chunks
    Artichoke hearts
    Broccoli
    Pesto Sauce

    Preparation:

    Cook the broccoli, chicken, sausage and mushrooms in advance and store them in airtight containers. Place the ingredients in fun dishes (figure A).

    Slice the pizzas and decoratively arrange the slices on a dish (figure B). Also include the basic ingredients for pizza -- red sauce and a mixture of mozzarella and Monterey Jack cheeses.

    Ingredients for Cheesecake Station:

    Baked and sliced cheesecakes
    Hot fudge kept warm in fondue pot
    Cherry compote
    Strawberries
    Chocolate chips
    Crushed cookies

    Preparation:

    Set up the cheesecake bar in a separate area. You will need plates, silverware, the sliced cheesecakes, a fondue pot for keeping the hot fudge warm, and bowls of your favorites such as strawberries, cherry compote, chocolate chips, and crushed cookies (figure C).
