Ingredients: Ground cinnamon Vanilla extract 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream Preparation: Soften ice cream; add cinnamon and vanilla extract to taste. Fold together to mix well and return to the freezer. For a great parfait, layer with baked apples and drizzle caramel sauce on the top.
