    Ingredients:

Small window box with picket fence
    Block of plastic foam
    Green excelsior
    Baked cookies
    Plastic wrap
    Twist ties
    Floral picks
    Floral tape
    Green tissue paper leaves
    Ribbon

    1. Cut your foam block to fit your box (figure A).

    2. Cover the sides and top of the foam with the green excelsior (figure B).

    3. Take a 10-inch square of plastic wrap and set a cookie, upside down, in the center of the square.

    4. Pull the four sides of the wrap to the center and twist and turn it until it is very tight (figure C).

    5. Put a twist tie at the base of it and then place a floral pick in the center as close to the base of the cookie as possible (figure D).

    6. Take floral tape, leaving a four-inch end and pull tight at the base and wrap around the stick several times. Then take the 4-inch piece and wrap around stick. Wrap the tape about 4 inches down and then take 2 or 3 tissue paper leaves and pinch them together at the stem and add to the floral stick (figure E) and wrap tape around them.

    7. Add more leaves a few inches down.

    8. Tie a bowl at the top of the floral pick and curl the ribbon ends. You are now ready to arrange the cookies in the foam.
