Ingredients: 1 medium Oriental pumpkin 8 eggs 1 cup sugar 1-1/2 cups coconut milk 1 cup coconut sugar Preparation: Cut a hole in the top of the pumpkin and remove the seeds. Wash the pumpkin inside and out. Wrap the pumpkin in foil and tie with a cord. In a blender, mix the eggs, sugar, coconut milk and coconut sugar together. Pour this mixture into the pumpkin shell. Cook in a steamer or water bath for 4 to 6 hours or until the custard thickens. Serve hot or cold.
