Rescoldos Sobre el Techno

This is a simple Spanish dessert. For each serving place one large scoop of coffee ice cream in a small dessert bowl. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur. Sprinkle about 1 tablespoon crushed dark-chocolate cookies over the top. Garnish with several raspberries or strawberries and it's ready to serve. We at DIY believe all of the recipes from All in Good Taste are accurate and reliable, but since we have not tested them personally, we can claim no responsibility if the desired results are not achieved.
