    Fruit Tart

    Ingredients:

    Tart shell, ready-made or homemade
    Custard filling of your choosing
    Kiwi
    Strawberries
    Mandarin oranges
    Different-colored grapes
    Lemon zest

    Preparation:

    Arrange all the fruit in an attractive pattern on top of the custard-filled tart shell, and glaze to add shine. Sprinkle lemon zest on the top. Refrigerate at least a half-hour before serving.

    Glaze Ingredients:

    1/2 cup fruit jam of your choice
    2-3 Tbs. water

    Preparation:

    In a small saucepan, combine the jam and the water over medium heat. Bring mixture to a simmer and stir until smooth. Brush on top of tart.
