    Key Lime Pie

    Ingredients:

    One 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
    3 egg yolks
    1/2 cup key lime juice
    Graham cracker crust
    Whipped cream
    Lime slices

    Preparation:

    Combine the sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks and lime juice. Pour into piecrust. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes. Refrigerate until cool. Top with whipped cream, or you can make a meringue from the egg whites. Garnish with lime slices.
