Handmade candy is an excellent gift option, and with the assortment of candy molds available, it can look elegant and professionally made!

Participants in a candymaking class share some simple techniques for sweet success:

    1. The chocolate comes in a thin wafer form that you melt in a double boiler or microwave.

    2. After it's melted, pour the chocolate into a candy mold.

    3. Tap the mold against a hard surface to remove air bubbles.

    4. Place the candy in a freezer for a short time to set.

    5. When it's set, turn the mold upside down and tap it to remove the candy.
